Hi my name is Julie, my friends call me Jules. A sporty spice with a slightly chaotic and structered mind at the same time. I’m a people person that loves getting good energy from the people around me.. where bad vibes are not allowed. I love big butts and cannot lie, healthy food, a good sweat sesh and the smell of coffee in the morning. The Brick Antwerp has been my home for 8 years now where I guided and still guiding many people to their physical goals. A place where I turned my hobby into a jobby.

What affects one, affects the other. A healthy body creates a healthy and happy mind. That’s the biggest goal for me: making people feel good and confident about themselves without having the feeling they’re restricting themselves 24/7. Hard work pays off but let’s make it a fun ride. In other words: let’s create a lifestyle you can maintain without making it feel like a obligation or punishment. Being comfortable in your own skin.. nothing can beat that, right?

Personal Training

It’s all about YOU.. during personal training we first set your personal goals, it literally can be anything:  lose weight / gain muscle , feel better in your skin physically/mentally,  improving your technique, recover from an injury, .. or maybe you just want to be that badass chick that can lift her boyfriend whenever he’s annoying.. you name it, and we’ll make it work.

Goals are personal, goals can be whatever.. there is no such thing as 1 goal or 1 size fits all. 

Pre and Post Natal Training

One of the most special periods in your life requires the right approach, both mommy and little one deserve the right care and information on how to train correctly to keep both mind and body strong. We’ll achieve this by strength training where our biggest goal is to create a strong body.. not only during pregnancy but also during labor and to bounce back faster when that little sweetheart arrives.

Go big or go home? This statement does not apply during your pregnancy, this period is already intense enough without pushing your body to its limits. Strengthening and stabilizing your body is key.

This does not mean that you cannot train intense. Fast is not always better and slow does not equal less results. The main goal is to make your body strong to conquer mom life.

THE CIRCUS

The ‘signature class’ of the circus that consists of cardio by using the Technogym Skillmills where we run, sprint and push against resistance combined with strength/bodyweight exercises at the ‘weight boxes’. In other words 50% cardio– 50% strength. A full body workout that will challenge you with a fun group of people and some good vibes to keep you going.

(Peachy is a variant of the signature ‘Circus’ class where we mainly focus on the booty and core instead of full body exercises.)

STRONG

A circuit class that contains a full body workout of strength, condition and balance. Here we will use the entire space which will be divided in different stations where you’ll work in small groups for a certain amount of time. Every station contains 4-5 different exercises where you will learn how to move your body in a correct way. 

ABS & BUTTS

It’s all in the name… focus on the abs & butt through bodyweight and high-intensity exercises. To spice things up we’ll add some resistance bands to provide your butt with the perfect burn.

(Step up is a variant of the ‘Abs & Butts’ class where we’ll include a step to level it up - no dancing/no aerobics -)

 

 

Small Group Training

Some people are just better together…

Do you need that extra motivation, little push or maybe it’s just more accessible for you. Bring a friend or family member, the more the merrier! A workout where I divide my attention among a small group and find the right energy/synergie so everyone has a good workout on their own level. It can be a group of friends or some quality time with your partner during a great sweat sesh.
